Jerald Beer is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Tax Law. He is an expert in issues pertaining to federal, state, or local income, estate, gift, ad valorem, excise, and other taxes.

Mr. Beer concentrates his practice in:

Mr. Beer also has served more than 25 years as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

He began his career as an assistant state attorney in Dade County, where he worked for State Attorney Janet Reno in the Organized Crime and Insurance Fraud Division.  He served nine years as a Traffic Hearing Officer for the 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County
