Joielle A. Foglietta

Joy Foglietta is an attorney in the probate, trust and guardianship department. She represents clients in litigation involving probate, trust and guardianship matters.

Ms. Foglietta also represents families and individuals in developing, implementing, and managing sophisticated estate plans and assists personal representatives, trustees, guardians, and advisors in the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships. She has also been involved in appeals with the IRS in connection with estate and gift tax issues.
