Ronald E. Crescenzo

Ron Crescenzo concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship, commercial litigation, and civil appeals.  As an appellate lawyer, he is experienced in representing both the appellant and the appellee in civil appeals, including matters involving probate, guardianships, municipalities, land use and zoning, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Crescenzo served as a staff attorney for the Fourth District Court of Appeal from 1991 to 1992.  During his time at Ciklin Lubitz, he has handled appeals in all of the District Courts of Appeal of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
