Scott Lombardo concentrates his practice in construction law, employment law, and commercial litigation. He earned both an MBA and a J.D. from the University of Florida in 2015, and brings a strong business background to the practice of law.
While in law school, he clerked for two law firms. His experience in this regard included drafting discovery motions, conducting legal research, and drafting responses to interrogatories and requests for production. During his clerkships he worked on matters involving insurance claims, workers’ compensation, workplace discrimination, and class action lawsuits.
He led a marketing team for Coca Cola focused on expanding the presence of vending machines in malls nationwide while in undergraduate school in Atlanta. He has also served as a Marketing Director and partnership development associate for other businesses, during which time he utilized his social media, marketing and business development skills.
He has been active politically, and served as the youth coalition director for a Georgia gubernatorial race. He also worked in the Florida office of Thomas J. “Tom” Rooney, the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 17th congressional district.
