Zachary Rothman is an associate in the Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Guardianships practice group. He assists clients in matters involving estates, trusts, wills, guardianships, asset disputes, powers of attorney, advanced medical directives and a wide range of issues involving tax law.
Mr. Rothman represents and advises a variety of clients, including individuals, families, fiduciaries, business entities and charitable organizations. His practice includes state and federal court litigation, estate planning and asset protection, probate, trust and guardianship administration and appeals.
Prior to joining Ciklin Lubitz & O’Connell, Mr. Rothman worked at a West Palm Beach law firm specializing in trusts and estates litigation and served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.
The West Palm Beach native continues a family tradition of legal service in Palm Beach County, where his father is a civil trial lawyer and mother and stepfather are circuit court judges.
