Greg Kino represents both local and national clients in his land use, governmental, and real estate practice. He is actively involved in the civic life of the City of West Palm Beach.

  • In his 25 years of practice, Mr. Kino has obtained governmental approvals for a diverse list of developments, including:
    • 40-acre, mixed-use project, including a hotel and marina
    • one million square foot mixed-use project in Downtown West Palm Beach
    • four high rise condominiums
    • telecommunications facilities for the five major carriers at the Jupiter Stadium
  • Extensive experience in municipal law representing the private sector in varied regulatory matters before local government bodies and representing public sector clients such as the Town of Juno Beach for over 10 years
  • Approved title agent for:
    • Old Republic National Title Insurance Company
    • First America Title Insurance Company
