About Alan Ciklin
Managing Partner Alan Ciklin chairs the firm’s land use and governmental department. He represents clients in land use, zoning, comprehensive planning, development agreements, permitting, and related issues. Earlier in his career he served as deputy Palm Beach County attorney and director of the Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department. He was also active in the development of Palm Beach County’s land use and zoning codes, and Comprehensive Plan.
About Robert Crane
Partner Robert Crane chairs the real estate practice group. He concentrates his practice in real estate, corporate, and business matters, with an emphasis on the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of large and complex transactions. Mr. Crane represents clients in real estate purchasing, selling, lending, borrowing and leasing associated with residential properties, office and industrial buildings, condominium and master planned communities, medical-related properties and agricultural properties. He is also an approved title agent.

Partner Bruce Alexander is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. His practice is exclusively dedicated to the handling of Alternative Dispute Resolution for construction-related claims. Mr. Alexander serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and third-party neutral in the areas of construction contracts, construction insurance coverage, lien law, delay damages, and construction litigation.
