Jeffrey Garber Presented Civil Litigation Seminar

“Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Civil Litigation (But Were Afraid to Ask),” is the title of a February 8, 2017 presentation being made by partner Jeffrey Garber. Business owners and individuals are invited to attend this one-hour seminar on February 8th at 8:30 a.m. at the West Palm Beach law firm of Ciklin Lubitz & O’Connell.

Unfortunately, we live in a litigious society where many people choose to resolve their disputes through the court system.  Sooner or later, many of us will find ourselves embroiled in a lawsuit. It is therefore important to have at least a rudimentary understanding of the litigation process. Business attorney Jeffrey Garber will provide attendees with key pointers on the civil litigation process in order to protect their legal rights. Topics to be covered at the seminar will include:

  • The steps to take to protect your rights if you are sued;
  • Whether litigation is the best option for you to resolve disputes and to enforce legal rights;
  • The fees and costs associated with litigation;
  • Whether you can and/or should represent yourself (or your company) in a lawsuit.

The seminar will start at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, and will include a question-and-answer session. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served.

There is no admission fee, but advance registration is required. Contact Mr. Garber at 561-820-0373 or to register for the event.

The office of Ciklin Lubitz & O’Connell is located at 515 North Flagler Drive, 20th Floor, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The main phone number is 561-832-5900. Metered parking is available on the street, or complimentary valet parking is available at the front of the building.
