Partner Robert Crane, who chairs the firm’s real estate practice group, has more than 35 years of experience in representing both local and national clients, including some of Palm Beach County’s and the country’s largest home builders, institutional lenders, and residential and commercial developers. His practice includes the areas of commercial and residential real estate sales, purchases, development, leasing, mortgage lending, tax free exchanges, contract law and title insurance. He is also an approved title agent for many of the country’s largest title underwriters.
Managing Partner Alan Ciklin, who chairs the firm’s land use and governmental practice area, served as the director of the Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department and deputy county attorney earlier in his career. He was also active in the development of Palm Beach County’s land use and zoning codes, as well as its Comprehensive Plan.
Of Counsel attorney Charles Lubitz has represented local and national real estate developers, as well as numerous foreign and American buyers in Florida and throughout the United States.
Partner Gregory Kino has 25 years of experience in representing local and national clients in land use, governmental, and real estate matters before local governmental agencies. He also represents public sector clients.
Several residential transactions handled by Of Counsel attorney Dean Vegosen involved the largest dollar real estate purchases in Palm Beach County at the time. Earlier in his career he served as in-house counsel for a national developer of garden apartments, residential condominiums, and hotels.
